I was 1.4 miles from the truck, I made the walk and crossed the bridge into civilization as I knew it. I left behind a sea of semis, nearly 350 according to the app that tells you how full the lot is, packed into the Petro.
This walk to the other side was easy for me, I am am a fit, high energy person, determined and driven to find healthy food.
For the average driver, beyond me in years, aches and pains of a sedentary sit down job, after a long days drive combating cars constantly treating his career, this is not an easy walk.
Shopping centers, grocery stores, restaurants, humans, once again, just out of reach for the very people that make all of this possible.
